Hours of Work: Hours are set to meet the needs of the business but are a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design
Create high-quality graphics including static and animated graphics for social media, websites, email templates and other digital platforms.
Design printed materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and matchday programmes.
Develop promotional materials for Club events, retail, ticketing, memberships sales.
Take an active role in the planning of projects.
Brand Management
Ensure all designs are consistent with the Club’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Maintain and update brand assets, including logos, typography, and colour schemes.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, content creation, and digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging content.
Participate in creative ideation sessions for campaigns and promotions.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates.
Innovation and Trends
Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and competitive activities to constantly push the boundaries and improve output.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.

Video editing skills

3D drawing skills
Knowledge and Skills
Essential Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
Experience with digital content creation and familiarity with social media platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing designs that resonate with a diverse audience.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Requirements
Passion for football and understanding of the sport’s visual storytelling.

Terms of Appointment
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, when required.
20 days annual leave (rising by 1 day per completed year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days, plus 8 statutory bank holidays).
6-month probation period.
