Amberley Lodge Nursing home is an established 17 bed nursing home for people with dementia.
We have consistently achieved Good on our CQC visits and are held in high regard by Social Services.
We are looking for a manager who is passionate about caring for people with Dementia. The manager would need a good knowledge of dementia and how to manage complexities associated with a resident's dementia diagnosis.
The right candidate would be a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN number. They would either already be a registered manager or a deputy manager looking to move up to a manager's position.
This position is full-time and would require being on call.

Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
2. Lead and manage staff, providing supervision and support to promote effective teamwork.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, particularly in dementia and Alzheimer's care.
4. Ensure compliance with NMC regulations and maintain accurate medication administration records.
5. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for residents, promoting their well-being and dignity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £47,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
