We are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking Strategic People Partner who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We are a business entering a high growth period and you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture where people can thrive and deliver their best work. Serving as a strategic People Partner to Directors and Leadership teams focusing on achieving key business objectives.
As a People Partner you will have an interest in manufacturing operations and/or aviation and ideally worked in a "start-up" or "high- growth" business environment. And with this you will display curiosity, resilience and excellent relationship building skills. You'll be tenacious with a practical attitude to delivery excellence with an Executive focus. Leading by example with strong interpersonal skills.
What success will look like for you?
* Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic People Partner to Directors and Leadership Teams, proactively identifying and crafting plans and strategies that focus on achieving key business objectives.
* Leadership Development: Coach and empower leaders with the skills and behaviours necessary to guide their teams through periods of growth and transformation.
* Employee Experience: Shape a compelling and progressive employee experience by driving engagement initiatives within your area. Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster an inclusive workplace.
* Change Leadership: Lead people-focused change projects, including organisational design, development, and workforce planning.
* Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data to generate insights and actionable recommendations, collaborating with specialist teams to nurture and develop talent.
* Talent Management: Ensure the business is built sustainably understanding the resource, skills and competency needed as the business evolves, building talent density in the business.

* Demonstrable experience and passion for driving exceptional, high performance, diverse and inclusive cultures.
* Experience of building and implementing high impact people strategies.
