My Public Sector Client based in Lichfield is looking for an Administration Officer to support their Business Management Team and the Senior Leadership Teams. This is a temporary role potentially for 12 months, full time 37.00 hours Monday to Friday, paying £14.19 per hour. The role is currently working on a hybrid model, please note they will require you to attend fully on site for the first few weeks for training.
The Business Management Support Officer position is an Operational Delivery role that provides interesting and challenging work and will be primarily focused on delivering administrative support across business operational activities, including budgeting, Workforce and People, and contracts as directed. The role based in Lichfield, involves supporting the Business Management Team and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the below areas:
* Administration of income generation contracts; including invoicing customers quarterly, forecasting, accruals, managing the debtor's reports, and informing suppliers of funding/rate changes
* Administration of Employee Reward Schemes
* Facilitation of audit and assurance activity
* Collate and analyse data for reporting
* Signposting for the provision of advice and guidance of business support activity
A good working knowledge of Excel is required to be able to assist with data analysis and presentation, although some training will be given on what it required. The team use SharePoint so a general knowledge around all MS applications would be advantageous, especially Excel and also some finance experience would be beneficial.
You will be expected to be self-motivated, confident, switched on and highly organised with great attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
Please note this role will require a DBS check, and three years referencing.
