What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in leading dinner services. A knack for managing high-volume events, banquets, and large-scale catered occasions. The ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results. Mastery in carrying three plates at once Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Quick thinking and solid problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of hospitality trends, safety guidelines, and allergen procedures. A calm demeanor under pressure with strong multitasking skills.
