A dynamic player in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is looking for a talented Director of Business Development to lead their efforts in acquiring new clients, building valuable partnerships, and driving revenue.

Compensation: $120-140K (with commission-based incentives, bonuses, and growth potential)
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Lead and manage the Business Development team (6 members)
* Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and partnerships.
* Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and goal-setting.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Finance) to align strategies and meet objectives.
* Monitor industry trends, oversee proposals, presentations, and manage minimal travel for client meetings and events.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* 8-10+ years of business development or sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector is required.
* Proven ability to lead remote or hybrid teams.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
* Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
* Strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
