Day-to-day of the role: Provision customer solutions and manage BAU (Business As Usual) customer requests. Liaise with partners on orders and support the sales team by providing insights into product capabilities and value. Handle service setup for both standard and non-standard services, including provisioning of new and existing products Pack and ship completed orders and project manage small projects. Test new products and services before they are introduced to the portfolio. Perform various ad hoc duties and assist across other areas of the operations department as needed. Senior Duties: Mentor and train new staff, ensuring they are well-versed in fulfilment processes. Assist the team lead with process improvement and documentation development. Manage larger projects for the fulfilment team and ensure a fair distribution of work among team members. Continuously liaise with other departments to evolve systems and processes to better support the Fulfilment team's needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a service provider environment is advantageous, particularly within telecoms network settings. Strong project and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail. Confidence to work autonomously and interact professionally with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Technical ability Ability to assist the team in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
