Prestige Skills are looking for a confident Administrator to join our friendly team and be a part of a dynamic growing company.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
As part of the Team, you will be primarily responsible for providing admin support.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Supporting/progressing enquiries - ensuring that all enquiries are being responded to correctly;
2. Admin support;
3. Assisting with payroll;
4. Scheduling work for field-based Workforce;
5. Recruitment of new engineers for our field-based workforce;
6. Dealing with emails and post;
7. Filing;
8. Flexibility to take on new tasks and assist others during any busy periods;
Essential requirements:
1. Sound knowledge of Excel;
2. An ability to organise and prioritise tasks;
3. Good Literacy and IT skills;
4. Excellent communication skills;
5. Confident at speaking on the telephone;
6. An ability to work under pressure;
7. A team player;
8. Excellent attention to detail;
9. Ambitious and looking to grow with the business;
10. Ability to work using own initiative.
Preferred but not essential experience:
1. Administrative roles 1 year;
2. Knowledge of Gas industry;
3. Knowledge of Renewable energy sector;
4. Driving licence.
There will be opportunities available for further training and development.
The position offers 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
Hours are 30 per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
