Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Heat Pumps, Radiators and Underfloor Heating

Area to be covered: South – ideally based South West
Remuneration: £65,000-£75,000 + up to £10,000 Bonus
Benefits: Electric Car + full benefits package
Role Responsibilities:
1. Field sales role selling the design, supply, commissioning and servicing of air to water heat pumps, radiators and underfloor heating solutions.
2. 90% key account management of circa six key customers; including housebuilders/private developers, large plumbing and heating contractors/installers, and plumbing and heating merchants.
3. 10% sales management of 2/3 field-based area sales managers, three internal sales, and a marketing person.
4. Covering the whole of the South, ideally you will be able to spend one day per week at our clients’ South West based office.
5. £3m personal revenue responsibility and a further £2m/£3m ASM team revenue responsibility.
6. Predominantly targeting domestic projects.
7. Project sizes from 1-100 houses (typically £5,000-£6,000 per house).
8. Exclusive distribution rights for Haier and Exhaust Air as well as distributing LG.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
1. Plumbing & heating or construction field sales experience within large/key accounts/customers.
2. Excellent key account management capability.
3. Field sales management experience is not essential but may be useful.
4. Heat pump, radiator and underfloor heating product knowledge is not essential.
5. Open to building products field sales experience with timber frame, air tightness, windows, insulation (anything with strong compliance & regulations).
6. Contacts within mechanical/plumbing contractors/installers or housebuilder developers/private developers may be beneficial.
7. Mentoring and coaching mentality.
8. Energetic and passionate.
9. IT/CRM proficient.
10. Team player.
