As this is a community post, you must be able to travel to patients homes and clinic settings. Due to the rurality of Lincolnshire some areas are not well covered by public transport therefore having access to transport is essential. You work base will be Sleaford community to support our service need. The service works through the hours of 8:00am to 6:30pm 7 days a week and is covered by variable shift patterns of Early shifts 8:00am -4:00pm and late shifts of 10:30am - 6:30pm. The Community Nursing service delivers a 12 week induction programme for all new staff. We also offer a robust preceptorship and clinical skills programme with an experienced clinical education team. This provides peer support in addition to the requisite training required to fulfil the role to its true potential.
