LOCATION Work available across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Suffolk and Northants.
Our Mental Health Services (MHS) Team offer Self-Employed contractors work on a sessional basis as it becomes available. Our MHS Team are based from our Peterborough Offices and these roles are considered as ‘Hybrid-Community working’. Please indicate in your application the geographical area/s that you are prepared to travel to for work. Fully remote working is not possible.

Job Role We are recruiting clinically trained supervisors who can use their experience to facilitate reflective supervision for the settings we work with. Sessions are not clinical supervision.
Mental Health Supervisors will also have the opportunity to become one of our children and young people’s counsellors and/or sessional trainers to deliver our range of other services. Sufficient experience or qualifications in these areas is required.
Skills and Experience
In summary, the successful applicant will have the following qualities:
* Previous experience of working with children &/or young people
* Have a minimum of: Certificate in Supervision and a minimum L4 in Counselling with experience of supervising Children and young people’s work
* Be registered with PTUK, BAPT, BACP or equivalent.
* Be able to travel as required for the role and deliver virtual supervision
* Be able to work on a self-employed basis for the duration of each contract
* Demonstrate a commitment to continued CPD (min. 30 hours pa)
Please note: You are required to have a current and satisfactory Enhanced DBS certificate which covers; the Adult Workforce for supervision and Child & Adult Workforce for counselling work. Your DBS certificate should be registered with the DBS Update Service. If you do not have a DBS certificate which meets the criteria set out above, we would be able to facilitate a DBS Application for you, at your cost.

* £30/£35 per hour 1:1 reflective supervision (virtual/face to face)
* £35/£40 per hour group reflective supervision for up to 4 people (virtual/face to face)
