R13 are pleased to be assisting well-known business in their search for a Service & Deployment Coordinator to join their Norwich team on a temporary 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent. You will be responsible for handling service bookings from liaising with customers, to sending documentation and updating the in-house system.
This is a full time, temporary (6 months) position with the potential to go permanent. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, in their Norwich office. The offered salary for this is £12.60 per hour.

The day to day
* Liaising with flagged customers with regard to servicing and arranging bookings.
* Scheduling and confirming appointments via telephone.
* Ensuring the in-house system is updated with accurate information regarding customers and bookings.
* Sending confirmation information via text or post.
* Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
You will have/be
* Customer service experience with confident telephone manner.
* Highly organised and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
* Strong IT skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
