Do you have experience leading a scheduling, reporting and compliance function?
We're on the lookout for an experienced Scheduling & Reporting Manager to help us keep our PA Services running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll make sure our maintenance service stays on track and any risks to delivery are well-managed. You'll also take the lead on handling service administrationfrom setting up and delivering reports to driving improvements through smart planning, training, and performance monitoring.
This isn’t your typical 9 to 5; this is a role that makes a difference to our residents homes and to the future we’re building together.

What you’ll be doing
This is a role where you’ll get to support the Head of DLO to deliver an exceptional service. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
* Lead and inspire a team of schedulers and administrators, driving performance and collaboration.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of the DLO, delivering insights that fuel continuous improvement.
* Ensure scheduling and reporting tools provide actionable insights through accurate data entry and reliable output.
* Use data analysis and industry best practices to ensure all workwhether by DLO Operatives or sub-contractorsis completed efficiently, promptly, and to a high standard.
* Ensure all activities comply with current audit recommendations and internal financial regulations, maintaining full transparency and accountability.
* Work closely with the Head of DLO and Operations Manager to optimise daily operations, boost efficiency, and flexibly allocate resources to meet changing service demands.
* Manage van deployment and van stock effectively, supporting first-time repair completions and maximising operational readiness.
* Coordinate and oversee sub-contractors to handle specialist tasks and meet spikes in demand, ensuring service continuity and quality.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience of scheduling and logistics
* Experience of managing administrative staff.
* Working in a customer focused environment
* Working in a deadline focused environment
* Experience of using Maintain or other Job costing/Diary management system
* Experience of using NEC or other housing management system
* A minimum of three years relevant experience with a large organisation (for example but not exclusively: Local Authority, Housing Association, or Large Private Sector Developer)
* Health and Safety Awareness or HHSRS certification
* A Building Construction HNC/Trade Qualification (Desirable)
* CIH Housing qualification L3 (Desirable)
