We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be someone who can handle a variety of administrative tasks and is capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Day to Day of the Role:
1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, correspondence, and filing systems.
2. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
4. Maintain and update databases and records with accurate information.
5. Support the coordination of events and meetings, including venue booking and attendee management.
6. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role.
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
