Job Description The primary role of the QHSE Auditor is to conduct audits to ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards, identifying non-conformities and recommending improvements, while also communicating the findings to stakeholders. The key duties include but are not limited to: Plan and execute internal system and supplier audits at various sites and facilities to assess compliance with relevant QHSE standards, rules, policies and procedures. Support the business functions to complete internal, programme, system and supplier audits. Identify non-conformities, areas for improvement, and best practices. Collect and analyse data, review documents, observe processes and procedures. Ensure that the requirements of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards and relevant legislation are understood, implemented and maintained. Prepare detailed audit reports summarising findings, conclusions and recommendations. Provide reporting and insight of common themes, audit actions tracking and progress. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to unsure issues are resolved. Contribute to the development and maintenance of NUK Management System. Participate in training and awareness programs related to QHSE. Perform other duties as requested to support the wider business.
