Key Responsibilities:

* Comprehensive travel coordination – flights, visas, transport, and detailed itineraries (business & personal)
\n\t
* Diary & inbox management – gatekeeping, scheduling, and handling communications on behalf of the CEO
\n\t
* Event planning – supporting company events and high-profile engagements
\n\t
* Expense management and corporate gifting
\n\t
* Office & team support – line managing staff
\n\t
* Project involvement – assisting with branding, marketing, and ad hoc initiatives
\n\t
* Liaising with high-profile memberships, arranging sporting events & restaurant bookings
\n
