Staffordshire Legal Services is a large in-house corporate legal team, comprising lawyers, trainees and support staff, with a key focus on staff training, retention and progression. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Legal Business Team. We are a well-established small team providing administrative support to Legal Services through the provision of quality administration. You will be based full time in our Stafford office. Main Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will be: Processing incoming and outgoing post (paper & electronic), managing multiple mailboxes. Printing, scanning and photocopying. Preparing documents ready for signing and sealing (paper & digital using Adobe Sign). Processing invoices, Purchase Orders and creating new Vendors via CAPITA/Integra 2. Printing and scanning bundles. Scanning/downloading documents into/from a Case Management System (Iken Cloud). Word processing including audio typing, transcription work, copy typing, amending PDFs. File management. Supporting the Legal Business Team manager to continuously improve systems and processes and the team’s centric approach. Variety of support duties as and when required. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an individual who has the following skills:- A team player An excellent communicator, both oral and written. Has meticulous attention to detail. Is proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Can prioritise their own workload, with excellent planning and organising skills. Is self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative.
