Summit Learning Trust is looking to appoint a highly motivated Site Officer to assist the Senior Site Manager and the team in the provision of efficient and effective caretaking support of the College site, including general site duties and maintenance. The role will be based at Erdington Hall Primary School, but you must be prepared to travel to other sites within the Trust if required.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have previous experience in estates and facilities, ideally within an educational setting, but this is not essential. Other essential skill sets involve the ability to work flexibly, prioritize workload, work calmly under pressure, and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times. You should also have an awareness and understanding of H&S, although full training will be given.

Purpose of Role:
To work with the Site team to ensure the smooth running of Erdington Hall Primary School. Undertake the caretaking, site maintenance routines, and respond to emergencies relating to the site as necessary.
