More about your role
As a Cleaner you will provide an efficient cleaning service and ensure Health and Safety, group policy, procedures are adhered to. We may ask you to support the external areas team when required. As part of this role, you will share a van and work in partnership with another member of the team.
Our primary aim is to ensure our communities and working environments are maintained to the highest standard therefore when it occurs we will ask you to report problems.
You will be required to work in and around Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

More about you
To be considered for this role you should have a strong cleaning background with a good working knowledge of estate management issues, as part of your role you will take part in the cleaning of internal communal areas.
1. A driving licence is essential
2. A working knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain.
3. Strong organisation skills and the ability to work independently
4. As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check
