We are recruiting a Business Development Executive to work for a successful manufacturing company based in Oldbury. You will be based on the road developing new clients and visiting existing and lapsed clients too. The client deals with insulated glass units.
Main Duties:
1. Manage own sales territory of small to medium businesses and achieve annual and quarterly targets.
2. Generate new clients through cold calling, networking, business partnerships, and sales activity to promote the company's services.
3. Develop proposals and budgets for the sales opportunities within the assigned areas.
4. Act as client point of contact and ensure ongoing client satisfaction throughout the sales process and where applicable operational contract.
5. Manage the sales process from lead generation, proposal through to contract negotiation and deal closure involving internal stakeholders as appropriate.
6. Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date on a regular basis and is accurate at all times as per the Sales Manual.
7. Proactively reach out to prospective customers.
8. Navigate inbound sales inquiries.
