Day-to-day of the role: Manage daily administrative tasks using the Arbor system to ensure smooth operations within the school. Handle communications with parents, staff, and students, including emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions. Maintain accurate student records and data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with educational standards. Assist in the organisation and management of school events and activities. Support the finance department by managing invoices, payments, and budget tracking. Prepare reports and documents as required by the school management. Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide necessary administrative support to teaching staff. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a School Administrator or similar administrative role. Proficiency in using the Arbor educational management system. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
