Our client is a consultancy which provides a security service, offers assessments, and builds a long-standing client base. They need a Sales Administrator to coordinate the automated renewals and respond to general inquiries, which mostly lead to coordinating the booking of an assessor visit. This role is initially to join the existing team of 4 for a 9-month period and provide customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with customers daily over the phone and email
* Arranging appointments on the calendar for assessors
* Keeping CRM data up to date
* General office administration
* Handling queries and complaints to resolution
* Scheduling workload on the CRM system
* Supporting other teams with general administration
Skills & experience:
* Previously worked within customer service and administration in a setting that requires organizational skills.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4pm.
