I am working with an SME business based in BD4 who are going through a period of growth.
They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis to join the team ASAP.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Processing and taking orders - online and on the phone
2. Overseeing emails thate into the sales inbox
3. Updating and maintaining customer records
4. Liaise with customers on deliveries
5. Dealing with customerplaints and queries
6. Work with internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
7. Arrange credits for customers if required
8. General admin support
They are offering apetitive salary of £25k per annum.
The role is fully based in the office.
