Job Description
As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Handle day-to-day financial transactions and record keeping
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
* Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
* Maintain and update financial databases regularly
* Assist with internal and external auditing procedures
* Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes
* Comply with all industry regulations and company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
