We are a responsive and innovative Foundation Trust that places our values of Caring, Safe and Excellent at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in our staff and believe that investing in you is key to us achieving our vision of outstanding care delivered by outstanding people.
The South Getting More Help (GMH) team, part of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), supports children and young people aged 5-18 across City and South Oxfordshire. We provide assessment, formulation, and highly specialized treatment for complex mental health presentations.

The service is undergoing significant transformation, and we need someone enthusiastic, proactive, and hardworking to help drive this change.
If you're skilled at managing conflicting priorities, prioritizing service delivery and wellbeing, and adapting to a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but we are equally looking for core and transferable skills. Training and support will be provided.
