As UK Payroll Leader, you will play a key role in the growth, innovation and service delivery to Aptia's diverse and increasing client base. Key areas of focus will include: Spearheading the transformation of Aptia's payroll services, leading a sizable team of professionals across the UK and offshore. Partnering with our investors, clients, and board members to align payroll operations with ambitious business goals. Pioneering cutting-edge payroll strategies and drive technological advancements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring world-class service delivery in the growing BPA sector. The UK Payroll team is based between the Chichester and Leatherhead Aptia offices, so regular travel to each site will be needed to ensure in-person connection with the teams. A strong leader of people, able to inspire, motivate and drive high performance in teams both on and offshore A track record of successfully leading payroll transformations and optimising operations. In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations, pension schemes, and compliance. Stellar communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. A bold, strategic mindset with the agility to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
