About the role
The successful Part-Time Teaching Assistant will be a passionate and proactive individual, capable of building good relationships with pupils and staff. Working in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, you will have a good understanding of the curriculum and be able to work with the class teacher to deliver sessions in small group sessions. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Part-Time Teaching Assistant you will:
1. Have previous, recent experience working with young people
2. Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
3. Have a flexible approach to work and be able to think on your feet
4. Be confident and have a positive approach that engages students in their learning
