Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
* AAT Level 2 qualified or working towards it.
* Previous experience in a Accounts Assistant position
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
