About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Female PE Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Leeds for a temporary role over 9 days across two weeks. While the primary focus is on Physical Education, the timetable includes teaching other subjects, with pre-prepared work provided. You'll also take on some general cover responsibilities.
Week A: 4 days (Monday - Thursday)
Week B: 5 days (Monday - Friday)

Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* A strong commitment to student achievement and wellbeing.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons.
* Inspire students to develop a love for physical activity.
* Cover lessons in other subjects with pre-prepared materials.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
* Supervise students during non-teaching times as required.
* Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among students.
* Assist in the planning of PE assessments and activities.
* Promote health and well-being through active participation in PE.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding.
* Be a positive role model for students.
