As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll need to be customer-focused, want to help our members achieve their fitness goals, and be ready to move the business forward.
You will deliver excellent customer service as WV Active’s front of house representative, providing a welcoming, warm, and professional environment to all visitors. You will have a positive and customer-oriented approach to ensure visitors have the best experience.
You will support the Sales & Service Manager in sales, retention, and administration of memberships. An interest in the leisure and fitness industry and knowledge about WV Active facilities and offers to actively sell and promote services is essential.
Special conditions:
A rota system is in place for this post, and you should expect to work early, late, and weekend shifts. This post is subject to the essential qualifications highlighted in the person specification and an enhanced DBS check.
