Salary: £13 per hour, FTE £23,660, Pro-rata £10,140
Contract: This post is offered on a permanent basis but is subject to funding after 2026.

Overview of the Post:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Assistant to provide essential administrative and business support to our Senior Management Team. This role involves managing a varied workload, including research and data analysis to support funding opportunities, assisting with funding applications, producing monitoring reports, and coordinating meetings and events.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders. As a problem-solver with a logical mindset, your work will help ensure the smooth operation of our organisation and contribute to the success of key projects and overarching strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive way to assist the Senior Management Team (SMT) in meeting their key objectives.
2. Undertake research and statistical analysis to support funding/business opportunities.
3. To support the submission of funding applications/tender responses, etc.
4. Support the production of monitoring reports and progress towards outcomes of key projects.
5. To support the SMT in the preparation and organisation of meetings and conferences and attend any meetings as required.
6. Provide a high-quality administrative support service to the SMT and First Contact Team.
7. To access our case management database to obtain information for funding applications and reports.
8. To organise the production and distribution of promotional materials.
9. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as requested by management.
