Our client is a dynamic and growing global software business, with a reputation for world- class retail solutions. These span all customer channels including store, mobile, kiosk, self-checkout and online. Our clients customers include Harrods, Sports Direct, Specsavers and Harvey Nichols.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional. The successful candidate will:
Lead complex and high-value sales campaigns over several months by bringing together various resources in the team
Be credible and execute regular sales activities with C-level executives in major target organisations
Orchestrate and present sophisticated delivery proposals
To lead and take ownership of presentations across a number of sales related areas
Build and document sales activities in company CRM software
Work with the Director of Global Sales to continually evolve our sales materials, presentations and best practices
The Candidate
Experience in software sales and winning business and bid management.
Ideally some experience in B2B Software industry for Retail, eCommerce or the digital retail sector
An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire and hunger to close deals by using a thoughtful, consultative approach
Be presentable and professional with the confidence and skill to deal with decision makers
Excellent computer skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential with a well organised with a disciplined approach to work
Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication
You should be able to understand and articulate complex software solutions to prospects and partners.
You should be willing to travel internationally, both short and long haul.
The Terms
This is a permanent role based in the office in Hertford but with opportunity for hybrid working and travel (UK and international).
The role is full-time but open to flexibility as to how these hours are worked.
Salary - Dependent on Experience, uncapped commission structure and performance related bonus opportunities
