As a HR Administrator, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. This company is a market leader and will provide fantastic career development for the right candidate.
As a HR Assistant / Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Administration of the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions
* Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting
* Supporting with payroll calculations and collating data
* Support with the recruitment process administration and adding new starters onto the system
* Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems and processes
