What you'll do As the Ecommerce Art Director at Sainsbury's, you will lead the execution of all visual content for our ecommerce platforms, collaborating closely with stylists, photographers, videographers, and set builders to create engaging and on-brand visuals that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Your expertise in set design, art direction, and interior styling will be crucial in bringing creative visions to life, ensuring that the final designs align with both creative and logistical requirements while adhering to brand photography guidelines. Additionally, you will oversee pre-production planning, studio space organisation, shoot scheduling, stakeholder communication, creative leadership, and post-shoot support to maintain high standards across all projects and drive continuous improvement in the studio environment.
