Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, well organised individual to join our highly skilled Histopathology team. The post will be based in the Histopathology Department. The Pathology team at Harrogate is highly regarded having an excellent reputation with service users. Main duties of the job f The main duties include: To perform departmental audits and raise any non-conformances via the QMS To assist in the preparation of the quality report for the Quality and Governance meeting. To generate outstanding work lists and manage samples referred to external laboratories. Follow departmental policies to ensure maintenance of quality standards. Monitor the audit schedule and work with the Section Manager and Quality Lead to plan the audit schedule Data entry for trend analysis, assist the Section Lead to identify trends Data entry of EQA results and documenting any non-conformances on the QMS.
