Both roles focus on removing barriers to learning, fostering positive relationships, and equipping students with the tools they need for a successful future.\n\nThese opportunities are perfect for individuals who are committed to creating safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments for vulnerable young people.\n\nContract Details for Teaching Assistant:\n\nLocation: Greenwich\nPosition: SEMH Teaching Assistant\nType of Work: Teaching Assistant, 1:1 / Small-Group Support\nStart Date: ASAP\nContract Type: Temp/Perm\nFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time\nMinimum rate of pay: £100 - £110 per hour Experience, Training and Qualifications needed for Teaching Assistant role:\n\nPrevious Teaching experience is required, ideally within the SEN Sector, although this is not essential providing you have the right attitude and desire.\nPrevious experience working with challenging behaviour would be advantageous\nA passion for working with children with SEMH.\nPro Active in the classroom and a willingness to join in with class activities.\nYou should have lots of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude towards working with SEN students.\nNVQ/CACHE Level 3 Qualifications / DegreeTo be eligible you must:\n\nHold Right to Work in the UK\nHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application\nProvide two professional child related referencesIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
