The role As Recruitment Business Partner, you utilise your wide ranging experience to create, develop and maintain relationships with our key clients' hiring community and senior sponsors, expanding the relationship and partnering with them in solving recruitment and talent challenges. Your broad experience, passion and knowledge for both traditional and innovative, data led sourcing techniques whilst managing the full recruitment lifecycle will be invaluable to our client – a large complex organisation. As RBP you will engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders; your strong relationship management skills and proven expertise in working with stakeholders at various levels, coupled with the ability to pull reports, present and leverage insights, will ensure great delivery is part of the everyday. The successful applicant will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a major campaign, managing Partner organisations, ensuring quality of hire approach from all parties, prioritising ED&I and technical capabilities, whilst managing risk and escalating where necessary to the Client. Key responsibilities: Day to day coordination and management of recruitment delivery across a multiple head technology recruitment campaign. Be a leading partner by building great relationships with the client, hiring managers and stakeholders, creating advocacy with the client by delivering exceptional service Work with Client Services and Delivery leaders to create and execute client hiring and development plans Understand client needs and recommend solutions through formal presentations, data led insights and written proposals Ensure there is a clear understanding of the customer/client project expectations, as well as deep knowledge and insight in the workforce plans Take briefs and positively manage Hiring Manager expectations Collate insights, putting together sourcing/attraction plans off the back of insights analysis, whilst providing accurate status updates and reporting throughout Be a true partner to the client hiring community by bringing market research and insights to conversations Attend client meetings, reviews and pitches With ultimate accountability for assigned requisitions, build innovative and compelling sourcing strategies for your area of responsibility that meet Hiring Manager expectations, and partner with Delivery teams to implement them Who we're looking for We're looking for an accomplished recruitment specialist with experience of working in a proactive resourcing environment, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, ideally with experience in RPO or outsourced model, agency and in-house, and you will have successfully delivered significant client hiring projects (multiple stakeholders, volumes of vacancies, or of significant project value). You'll be a confident, highly responsive communicator who can positively challenge and influence stakeholders, proficient in MS Office packages, CRM and ATS technology, and is comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment with resilience and agility. Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting in the Tech field, with a strong attention to detail to identify operational efficiencies.
