Delivery of Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Strategies for the company, aligned with the Group.

Procurement:
Drive commercial and added value benefits through negotiation of best value Group Frameworks / Agreements aligned with the Group Supply Chain Strategy, including:
1. Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSA)
2. Preferred Manufacturer Agreements (PMA)
3. Third Party Agreements (TPA)
4. Regional and National Sub-Contractor Frameworks (SCF)
5. Blue Collar Agency Recruitment
6. Permanent Recruitment
7. Consultants
Make recommendations and business cases to the Group Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, Director, and other stakeholders for new group agreements and frameworks, including presentation of data, recommendation papers, and presentations where appropriate. Ensure that products to be procured via Group Frameworks are compliant with all legislative/statutory requirements.
1. Develop and execute contracts with key supply chain partners identified as best value via the strategic procurement process.
2. Manage strategic relationships with key supply chain partners through a regular series of structured/formal review sessions and information exchange, supported by BU stakeholders where appropriate. Drive consistent approaches across the business and significantly improve quality and service levels.
3. Police the frameworks at a strategic level to ensure they are adhered to and not usurped, tackling slippage appropriately with supply chain and business units.
4. Work with all business unit teams to ensure identified direct and third-party rebate opportunities are maximized and recovered.
Supply Chain:
1. Development of our Sub-Contractor Database and alignment of our database with third-party data sources.
2. Collation of various data sources, aligning them with our PMO dashboard and analysis of trends for risk management and to identify improvement opportunities. Sharing and communicating relative information with the wider business.
3. Contribute to and develop our performance measurement culture and processes - ensuring the process and understanding of why it's required is embedded within the business and the tangible metrics (CR, %NR, Programme, Financial Health, Safety, Environmental, ESG) and subjective metrics (project team scoring) are mined/collated accordingly and used strategically across the wider business.
4. Link performance measurement to our supply chain databases and PMO dashboard and analyze information accordingly to provide early warnings and opportunities to the wider business.
5. Lead on strategic supply chain engagement via a variety of mediums including social media, engagement events, annual conferences, and build a recognition & reward incentive/awards.
Be a leader in bringing innovation to the wider group by aligning our group business(s) with supply chain innovations, trialing new products and solutions, and developing business cases where appropriate for wider application/use.
Qualifications:
1. 10 years' experience in Procurement & Supply Chain roles in the Construction sector, with additional sector experience also a preference.
2. Construction and/or Business-related Qualifications - including NVQ, BSc, BA, MSc.
3. MCIPS.
4. Proficient IT skills particularly in Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
5. Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data quickly and accurately - utilizing information to identify risks and opportunities.
6. Utilizes data to support decisions and business improvement and able to represent data accurately to back up.
