HAIL Partners is working with an alternative investment management firm who is looking for a HR/Recruitment Manager to work alongside their Head of HR across the entire employee lifecycle, recruitment & HR projects.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting recruitment processes - sourcing candidates, conducting interviews & working with external agencies on vacancies
* Providing hiring recommendations & deliver regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management
* Implementing recruitment best practices and continuous look to improve process
* Conducting pre-employment screening, right to work checks, offer and employment contracts and onboarding for new joiners
* Facilitating employment relations matters
* Reviewing and updating the Company policies
* Supporting on employee benefits
* Projects to support the HR function including employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, succession planning and other duties.
Requirements:
* Degree educated preferred, CIPD would be an advantage
* 3-6 years of relevant HR &/or Recruitment experience within Financial/Professional Services
* Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
* Strong written and verbal skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong multitasking abilities with a results-oriented mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
