Apex Site Solutions is a provider of nationwide plant and tool hire solutions. From powered access, plant, small tools, site accommodation/welfare, to power generation, Apex offers a wide range of equipment for on-site needs.
As we continue to grow, we want to ensure our relationships with our customers and suppliers remain at a high level. With this in mind, we are now looking to take on a new Accounts Assistant to join our fast growing team in Holbeach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing of supplier invoices
* Preparation of monthly payment run
* Bi-weekly statement checks
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit Control
* Handling of all queries from suppliers, customers and internally
* General email management of our accounts inbox
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts role is ideal
* Understanding of CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge is desirable but not required
* Previous use of Xero is desirable but not required
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
