Job Title: Business Support Officer

Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join our team in Bromley. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in supporting meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with outreach projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes for meetings and ensure timely distribution.
Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings from start to finish, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
Data Management: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with accuracy.
Event & Project Support: Assist with event bookings and support outreach projects with strong organisational skills.
General Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong minute-taking skills and experience in organising meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT competency.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage event bookings and assist with outreach projects.
A proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires you to be in the office every day.
