Job overview
To provide a confidential proactive administration service to the joint digital support services, including room bookings, maintaining office systems, distribution of post, receiving and processing deliveries and supporting the Business Support Team Lead in building management activities related to Maglona House. This will involve communicating information between the team, working to deadlines and managing own work on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the Business Support Team Lead.
Main duties of the job
The Business Support Administrator's main duties are to support the Associate Director, Heads of Service and Business Support Team Lead with all aspects of administration for Digital Programmes and the Digital Healthcare Team including supporting with building management for Maglona House.
The post holder will be experienced in all aspects of administration. They will report to the Business Support Team Lead.

Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at ‘C’ or above
* NVQ2 in Business Administration or equivalent
* IT skills with the ability to implement a variety of software programmes i.e. Access, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook
* NVQ3 in Business Admin or equivalent
* ECDL/Advanced ECDL
* RSA 111 or equivalent word processing qualification
Knowledge & Experience
* Previous experience of providing secretarial/clerical/admin support
* Experience of arranging meetings, workshops, events and coordination follow-up actions
* Minute taking
* Diary management
* Sound knowledge of administrative procedures/systems of working
* Ability to operate Electronic Diaries
