PRG are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for delivering CFA piling and foundation solutions across the Midlands and Northen UK regions. The Role:
As a Piling Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple piling contracts from start to finish. You’ll oversee projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of piling contracts, from pre-construction through to completion.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones are met.
* Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and project costs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and operatives.
* Provide technical and commercial guidance to project teams.
* Handle variations, progress reports, and final accounts with clients and stakeholders.
* Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the contract lifecycle.
