Offering hybrid working from their offices in Axbridge, typically 3 days per week in the office, with parking on site.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for residents in regard to various queries about their tenancies. You will be dealing with tenancy related matters such as reporting of ASB, matters relating to their rent account, voids and letting of properties, mutual exchanges and dealing with changes to tenancies.
Alongside this, you will be the main point of contact regarding repairs requests and logging them effectively and efficiently, coordinating with the Property Inspectors and Asset Management team to ensure that repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
You will maintain the Gas Safety register, fire safety, electrical safety, and damp and mould. You will also be responsible for registering and responding to complaints and compliments and carrying out customer satisfaction surveys.
An ideal background for the role would be as Housing Administrator, Technical Administrator, Repairs Administrator, Housing Customer Services, or Repairs Helpdesk Co-ordinator.
