The Role
As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, driving campaign success and delivering measurable results. From planning, implementing and optimising PPC, to using insights to refine campaigns, identify opportunities and maximise ROI, you’ll play a key factor in PPC performance. You’ll also:
1. Lead discussions on performance and ensure strategic alignment
2. Keep up with industry trends and test new approaches
3. Continuously find ways to improve paid search offering
Our Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that, as our ideal candidate, you’ll not only be skilled in PPC but also thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment. You’ll preferably have between 3 and 5 years of PPC experience in an agency environment, but this is not a deal-breaker. With a solid understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and data-driven decision making, you’ll always be looking to improve performance. You’ll also:

2. Be a strong team player who can build great relationships, both internally and externally
