Job Overview
This is a full-time role that will provide Administration support to NOW Financial Planning along with Cashier duties.
Previous experience within a customer facing role would be preferable as the role will include dealing with members of the public.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Cashier Duties:
* Greet Customers and Clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Completing customer transactions.
* Updating pass books.
* Changing addresses/opening and closing accounts.
* Staying UpToDate with new YBS products.
* Answering telephone queries relating to YBS.
Administration Support:
* Opening and assigning post.
* Preparing post to be sent (franking).
* Office facilities.
* Booking appointments for NOW Financial Clients over the telephone.
* Updating CRM Systems.
* Obtaining policy information from Providers.
Person Specification:
Knowledge and experience:
* Minimum 12-month office experience / customer facing role.
* Previous Customer Experience or dealing with members of the public is desirable.
* Banking or experience in handling cash is preferred; however, full training will be provided so not essential.
* Computer literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.

* Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Good organisation skills as this is a hybrid role over 2 departments it will require excellent organisation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.

* Always demonstrates a positive attitude.
* Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
