Are you an experienced sales professional looking for your next role? At E-Works Manager, we are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team in one of our hubs - Manchester or Waterlooville.
The Business Development Manager for ClearCourse Retail will be responsible for driving New Business growth within the ClearCourse Retail Division. They will develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.
As an active member of the sales community within the ClearCourse Group, you’ll engage with Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Support & Implementation teams to ensure operational plans are in place to deliver Key Strategic Initiatives. Documenting plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in the Sales CRM system and maintaining correct processes and procedures to effectively measure customer feedback, you’ll continually review and improve business performance through tactical analysis of performance and risks.
Required skills and experience:
1. A proven track record of success driving New Business growth within an IT / Tech / SaaS / Retail Software organisation
2. High level of technical and commercial awareness
3. Strong organisational skills
4. Strategic and analytical thinking skills
5. Background in e-commerce or retail software sales and/or experience and understanding of Retail software systems including POS are beneficial
