Successful people leadership at a mid-management level within a large organisation

Excellent organisational and time management skills - able to work independently

Must-have experience of working in Financial Service / Banking industry

Job Description:
Accountable for project delivery cycle activities aligning to either individual business
case, scope, schedule and cost constraints inherent within the change environment
at the project level within the reporting cycle at a business wide level.
Accountable for project/programme wide planning within your assigned remit,
including the progressive elaboration of scope into detailed work packages
underpinning a critical path at the project/programme level or planning reporting flow
and timelines aligned to the governance calendar.
Responsible for ensuring the creation and execution of a risk control framework
Responsible for the creation and execution of a project control framework
encompassing resource, financial control and governance/compliance management
either on an individual project/programme basis or as part of a business wide remit.
Accountability for the delivery of an end-to-end business and technology solution
supported by the supply chain (internal and external) across multiple processes,
systems and infrastructure, where required on a project/programme basis.
Individual role holders may be required to manage the business governance
calendar, facilitate governance forums, manage status review board inputs, co-
ordinate and manage resource and demand planning and recruitment processes,
authorise travel and purchase orders, manage the change request and governance
processes
Ensures Change Acceptance & Deployment Planning activities are supported
collaboratively across the Group to ensure ‘Business Readiness’ for all change
activity, whilst supporting with channel specific Impact Boards and Go/No go forums.
