Patient Coordinator\n\n * Sunderland\n\n * £26,000 per annum\n\n * Monday – Friday\n\n * Initial Temporary Contract leading to Permanent after 3 months.\n\nA multinational organisation is searching for a Patient Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Your role will be to support the Onboarding team by managing queries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.\n\nYour background\n\n * Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service environments.\n\n * Experience managing phone calls and email correspondence.\n\n * Ability to develop good, productive working relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.\n\n * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\n * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.\n\nJob description\n\n * Supporting the Onboarding team by responding to incoming enquiries via telephone and email.\n\n * Ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.\n\n * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in all relevant systems.\n\nTo find out more, please click Apply or contact Fay Scott at Pin Point Recruitment
