Job Description Sales Executive - Fire and Security We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager a leading electronic security distributor. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with current and prospective customers. Identifying new opportunities across your territory to generate sales and increase revenue. You will also be required to ensure existing customers receive the right support and solutions. You will be based ideally Southwest of London and cover to the coastal line from area and cover a specific patch cross selling into existing accounts as well as developing new accounts using your own network. Main responsibilities To develop new opportunities with existing c ustomers across all sectors of the business T arget new account s to generate growth. Identify, build, and maintain a strong pipeline for existing accounts. Work Closely with our Manufacturers and partners to ensure customers are receiving the best solutions. Accurately update our CRM system with customer details Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with colleagues. Actively and successfully manage the sales process, identifying opportunities, on-boarding customers, negotiating and closing pitches and liaising with vendors. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services from all our partners. Stay on trend of the industry and competitor activity Ability to manage own diary and time effectively. Attend tradeshows, networking, exhibiting. Travel to head office to showcase / host meetings with new/ existing accounts. Any other duties as necessary in the role Qualifications/Relevant Experience: Previous demonstrable experience within a business development role in required. knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder & Fire industry Professional, business focused, and results driven. Strong individual with positive outlook Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close deals’ Problem solver who can generate ideas and solutions.
